Helicopter Whirligig
Helicopter Whirligig (13.5" x 8.5" x 3-3/4")
Both blades rotate on the helicopter.
The whirligig's body is cut from 1.5" pine. The propellers are cut from finnish birch, painted with exterior acrylic paint, and sealed with Polyshield Hydrocote...a weather resistant protectant. I use brass hardware (screws, washers, bearing, propeller and pivot tubes). High quality products are used to make my whirligigs more durable. A 5-1/2 inch stainless steel nail and instructions for mounting are included.
**When you purchase a whirligig, you WILL NOT receive a whirligig post/stake. You will receive a 5" nail and mounting instructions ONLY. If you wish to purchase a ready-made whirligig post, there are several variations of posts for sale in my shop.
