Speedboat Whirligig (boat body 16 - 1/2"L)


** This is a made-to-order item. I do not have one in stock. I will make one to your specifications - just for you. Made-to-Order items generally ship about 10 business days after the order is received. However, if I have an order backlog, it could be longer. Some assembly is required. In order to avoid breakage, the hub with blades will not be attached to the boat during shipping. The buyer will be required to attach the blades...hardware is included. Assembly will involve putting a washer on a screw, pushing the screw through the hub, putting on another washer and using a screwdriver to attach the hub in the predrilled hole in the dowel at the back of the boat.

All of my Whirligigs' bodies are cut from pine and wings from finnish birch, painted with exterior acrylic paint, and sealed with PolyShield Hydrocote...a weather resistant protectant. I use brass hardware (screws, washers, bearing, propeller and pivot tubes). High quality products are used to make my whirligigs more durable. A 5 -1/2 inch stainless steel nail and instructions for mounting are included.

**When you purchase a whirligig, you WILL NOT receive a whirligig post/stake. You will receive a 5" nail and mounting instructions ONLY. If you wish to purchase a ready-made whirligig post, there are several variations of posts for sale in my shop.
